Westend City Hostel - Vienna

I recently stayed at the Westend City Hostel for a few days. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the well-connected Westbahnhof station. The staff went above and beyond to help us, even finding alternative accommodations for our stranded friends. The 24X7 reception and their responsiveness to our questions and concerns were also fantastic. The hostel's common area was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the lockers were large. Plus, they provided free amenities like wifi, luggage storage, and even a hairdryer, iron, and earplugs. Highly recommended!

They made me feel welcome and answered all of my questions. the location of the hostel was also great, as it was conveniently located near public transportation and had plenty of cafes and shops nearby. the beds were quiet and comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep.

the lack of charging stations near the beds was inconvenient, as I didn't feel comfortable leaving my phone charging far away from me. the temperature in the room was quite hot and there was no control over the heating or cooling.

The lack of sockets in the bedroom was a major inconvenience. With only a few sockets available near the door, it was frustrating to wait for our turn to charge our devices.

I had a fantastic stay at Westend City Hostel in Vienna. The value for money was great, with comfortable beds and clean rooms. The location was convenient, close to the subway station and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly, making my experience even better.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better at the hostel was having a wider variety of items.
